As a jock it is a nice entertaining article. But much of the ideas are what we call "ፍረከርski". For example, in the beginning it was supposed to generate 5250MW but now 6000MW. Why not more than that. In the course of any project modifications can be done after evaluating the situations (increase performance or decrease). So what's new here?
